چکیده

Cellulose-based triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) can provide power for various monitoring devices and are environmentally friendly sustainable. Chemical functional modification is a common method to improve the electrical output performance of cellulose-based TENGs. In this work, an high-performance nanogenerator based on polydopamine/cellulose nanofibril (PDA/CNF) composite membrane fluorinated ethylene propylene was developed. Dopamine generates polydopamine nanoparticles through oxidative self-polymerization adheres surface nanofibers. The synergistic effect amino group introduction microstructure effectively enhanced TENGs certain extent. effects PDA content, CNF film thickness different working conditions were systematically investigated. optimized PDA/CNF-TENGs exhibited with voltage, current, density values ?205 V, ?20 µA, ?48.75 ?W·cm?2, respectively. stable identifiable signals when used as self-powered sensor human motion monitoring, showing potential prospects cellulose materials TENGS other electronic applications.

Self-powered magnetic sensor based on a triboelectric nanogenerator.

Magnetic sensors are usually based on the Hall effect or a magnetoresistive sensing mechanism. Here we demonstrate that a nanogenerator can serve as a sensor for detecting the variation of the time-dependent magnetic field. The output voltage of the sensor was found to exponentially increase with increasing magnetic field. The detection sensitivities for the change and the changing rate of magn...

Triboelectric Nanogenerator Enabled Body Sensor Network for Self-Powered Human Heart-Rate Monitoring.

Heart-rate monitoring plays a critical role in personal healthcare management. A low-cost, noninvasive, and user-friendly heart-rate monitoring system is highly desirable. Here, a self-powered wireless body sensor network (BSN) system is developed for heart-rate monitoring via integration of a downy-structure-based triboelectric nanogenerator (D-TENG), a power management circuit, a heart-rate s...

A high performance triboelectric nanogenerator for self-powered non-volatile ferroelectric transistor memory.

We demonstrate an integrated module of self-powered ferroelectric transistor memory based on the combination of a ferroelectric FET and a triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG). The novel TENG was made of a self-assembled polystyrene nanosphere array and a poly(vinylidene fluoride) porous film. Owing to this unique structure, it exhibits an outstanding performance with an output voltage as high as ...

Eye motion triggered self-powered mechnosensational communication system using triboelectric nanogenerator

Mechnosensational human-machine interfaces (HMIs) can greatly extend communication channels between human and external devices in a natural way. The mechnosensational HMIs based on biopotential signals have been developing slowly owing to the low signal-to-noise ratio and poor stability. In eye motions, the corneal-retinal potential caused by hyperpolarization and depolarization is very weak. H...
